Meet Julio, one of the restaurant managers helping to open Yiayia’s. Julio got his start with Pappas Restaurants in 2013, joining the team at Pappas Burger as a server. With a strong work ethic, a love for hospitality, and natural leadership skills, Julio quickly grew into a management role. Over the years, he’s contributed to several of our concepts, including Pappas Delta Blues Smokehouse, gaining valuable experience and perspective along the way. After taking some time away to explore new perspectives, Julio is excited to return and proud to be part of the Yiayia’s team.
